TEASER #1

Once I heard the truck come to life, I knew I was safe to get up. I quickly went into the bathroom and started the shower. When I turned to get a towel from the cabinet, I caught a glimpse of the mark across my face just below my eye. I stood there in the bathroom looking at my reflection in the mirror. The mark had already started to discolor the lower corner of my eye. I stepped into the shower and the reality of the entire morning hit me. I slid down the shower wall and began sobbing uncontrollably to the point where I felt exhausted; I knew I needed to pull myself together. I found the strength to stand and quickly finished my shower.

As I stepped out, I looked at my reflection again. I was going to need some help hiding this. I made my way to the hallway, grabbing the phone I called Casey. I knew she would be up. She gets a head start on the bathroom before her brothers take it over. After two rings, “Payton…What in the hell are you doing up this early?”

It took everything I had to stay calm and simply state, “Casey, I need your help, can I come over?”

TEASER # 2

Dylan’s voice sounded cocky and maybe slightly pissed off, “Well, isn’t that sweet”.

I pulled away and stood up smoothing my hair. I reached out to Todd who still lay on the floor all dreamy eyed. When he stood up he leaned in and whispered, “I really like you Payton”. I could feel the heat rise in my cheeks and not because of the comment from Todd. It had everything to do with Dylan, who was staring directly at us. He was making me feel like I was doing something very wrong. I excused myself to go to the bathroom; I needed to calm my nerves.

I brushed passed Dylan practically running down the hall, closing the door behind me. I was splashing water on my face when I looked up to see the door open and Dylan walk in. He closed the door behind him. He brushed his hand threw his hair and appeared completely frustrated. I turned to face him and was about to ask him what the hell was his problem, when he leapt forward quickly placing his hands on each side of my face. His movements were quick and I had no time to think, before his lips crushed against mine. I surrendered to his kiss once again and was lost. It felt amazing, so warm and tender but with such urgency; his tongue rolling with mine so naturally. He trailed his hands down my arms and finally stopped to rest them on my hips pulling me in closer. He backed me up to the sink and I was pinned. I brought my hands up to his hair, running my fingers through it very softly. The breaths between us began to speed up and the kisses became even more heated, more sexual. He gripped my hips tightly and when I felt the hardness on my stomach, I knew he was turned on. He kissed down my neck and then back up to my lips. He sucked lightly on my lower lip and I was lost in the moment, until he pulled back quickly.

 About the Author

I enjoy writing and have always enjoyed creating little stories in my head. Since I was very young I like creating scenes and deciding the outcomes. I have just recently decided to transfer them onto Amazon and share with others. I enjoy created stories then expressing those onto paper. I hope you enjoy my stories and I appreciate everyones interest. I enjoy writing romance with a little twist here and there to make it interesting. I love angst and tension within my stories. I try to keep it realistic to everyday life and our daily struggles that we all may face. Everyone loves a happy ending and in life that is not always the outcome. So why not live in a fantasy world where happy endings do happen. It is easy to wrap yourself up in a story and imagine that life. Take a ride through my imagination with my stories. I hope you enjoy. Thank you so much.
