Angelissa Stone wrote an amazingly erotic love story. I loved it so much that I couldn’t put it down. Both main characters tell the story from their views. It drew me being able to know what Dre and Kathryn were feeling throughout the book. I felt as though I was eavesdropping on people talking about their lives as I was reading this book. It runs the gamut of emotions from laughing to crying and everything in between. This book is a must read!!

Dre is a man with a past he would like to forget about and Kathryn is as honest as they come. Dre wants nothing more than a casual relationship with Kathryn. But she stops that when she is able to counter his come ons with her sarcastic remarks. The more she tells him no, the more he realizes there is more he wants from her. Each day that they grow closer, Dre is more and more afraid to tell her the truth of his past for fear that she will leave and never look back. When Dre is forced to confront his past because of a tragedy, Kathryn is right there But will she stay or will all the lies and deception be too much for her love of Dre to overcome?

Angelisa Stone is a typical Midwestern wife and mom, frazzled by parenting and housework, and overwhelmed with sports schedules, doctor appointments, and three-dimensional creative projects due “tomorrow morning.” Angelisa dreams of white sandy beaches, clear-blue waters, and Midori coladas in hand, but realizes that her loving husband and four not-so-perfect children are her real dreams-come-true.
